Processing Time

All items on SawyerWreaths are made-to-order preorders. Please allow 30–60 days from your order date for your wreath to be handcrafted before it ships. This timeframe is separate from transit time.

We know that's a wait — each piece is built by hand after you order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Thank you for your patience while we make it for you.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, standard transit typically takes an additional 6–12 business days within the continental U.S. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Order Updates

Because of the custom production timeline, we don't send progress updates during the 30–60 day build window unless there's an unexpected delay. If your order is running significantly behind schedule, we'll reach out proactively.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sawyer.wreaths@outlook.com so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, reach out to us and we'll help you look into it.

Damaged in Transit

If your wreath arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos to sawyer.wreaths@outlook.com.
