Refund policy

Preorder Notice

All items sold on SawyerWreaths are made-to-order preorders. Please allow 30–60 days from the date of purchase for your order to be handcrafted and shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color expectations
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Delays within the stated 30–60 day production window

Damaged Items

We want you to love your wreath. If your item arrives damaged in transit, we will gladly work with you on a resolution. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sawyer.wreaths@outlook.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Normal variations in handmade materials (natural wood grain, mesh texture, dried floral color, etc.)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, weather exposure, or misuse
  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
